We fulfill the orders through our 3rd party shipping partners which suits for your shipping address for faster and safer delivery. Also our shipping partners offers extensive coverage, including remote areas across TamilNadu. This ensures that we can deliver to almost any address within TamilNadu.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation via email and SMS. This confirmation will include a tracking ID & Shipping Carrier Name. You can use this Tracking ID to track the status of your order directly on their respective website. 

The typical delivery time will be 3-5 business days and may varies depending on the destination. While we aim to expedite shipping as much as possible, please allow standard delivery time. During Natural disasters or Remote locations may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. These costs will be clearly communicated during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase.

Upon delivering an order, our few shipping partners will send a unique OTP to the mobile number provided at the time of order placement. This OTP is necessary to verify and complete the delivery process that ensures delivering the package to the right person.
